Return Policy

Health Shop wishes to thank all its customers, 100%. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it within 30 calendar days of delivery to you by the courier. Products can be returned by completing the return form.

The conditions you can return are:

  1.       Dismissal of the purchased products without invoking any reason, according to the distance trade law (Government Ordinance No. 34/2014)

If the ordered product is not what you wanted, you can return it to be changed or to return the product value (less shipping costs) within 30 calendar days of receipt by courier of the delivery, without invoking a reason and without penalties.

Steps to RETURN the product:

1. Go to the "Order History" section of the My Account section

2. Select the command you want to return and press the Return button.

3. Complete the Return Form - Return Form; this is necessary in order to be able to process the Return as soon as possible and to send you a substitute product or to return your money. Send the Return Form completed and signed at [email protected] and add it to the parcel when you send it to us.

4. Pack the products you wish to return - the product in the original package should be put in another box so that neither the product nor the packaging changes or changes.

5. Add the copy after the invoice and the completed Return Form (in case you have not completed it and sent it to us).

6. Send a package of products to the Health Shop headquarters with a courier company: Str. Horia Closca and Crisan, no.7, Otopeni, Ilfov, Romania, postal code 075100.

 

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer!

The return of products ordered from Health-Shop.com can also be done via the courier company FAN Courier, by requesting an agent to take back. The request will be made when completing the return form, and depending on the time of request, the parcel will be picked up the same day or the next day. The shipping cost is about 20 RON (VAT included), for a 1 kg parcel, and will be paid by the customer / the one requesting the return.

Repayment of the return value of the returned product will be made no later than 10 days after confirmation of the Return by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the Return Form.

Important:

The returned products and their packaging must be in the same condition as they were delivered without traces of use. The package where you return the product must also contain: intact product labels.

 

Returns of products are not accepted if they have been used, unsealed or tested for reasons of customer health or hygiene.

 

2. Products that are defective or are damaged at reception / receipt

We do our best to deliver the products without defects.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, all you have to do is contact the Health Shop team (email: [email protected]; tel: 021.351.66.41) and arrange for the product to be replaced.

In this case, please fill out the Return Form. If the product you received is damaged, you can claim it and request replacement of the product with a new product or refund of the product.

The return and shipping costs for the replacement product are covered by the Health Shop. For products whose packages show visible damage to courier delivery, we recommend that you refuse to receive them and contact us immediately.

3. Deliveries wrongly delivered

If you have been supplied with a product other than the one ordered, please report this as soon as possible to return the product and be replaced with the correct one.

The return procedure is also started by completing the Return Form and completing all fields in the form. If the ordered product proves to be inconsistent with the specifications in our offer, you can return the product for replacement or full refund of the price. Please fill out the Return Form for this. If you are willing to replace a product with a higher value, you will pay the difference, or if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the replacement product value.

 

General remarks - Damage to products or putting into a state of non-eligibility leads to denial of return.
